It is so weird, my elbows aren't fat anymore. I can feel my bones and I have ankles. Sorry I know the skinny people out there don't understand, but it's kinda crazy to me :)
My trek to lose weight using VSG surgery as one of the tools to help get me there. Some of it is hard to be open about & show everyone. I have long distance friends that want to follow along with me on my journey to get healthy and this will remind me of where I started when I feel like it's not worth it. Please note I am not giving advice or instruction as I am not trained to do so, only sharing what I did and how I did it.

Another 1st!
Today is a first... I got all my meds AND supplements in today... That is 17 pills. When they made my tummy smaller they made the opening smaller too and now, taking a pill is a bitch lol

GRRRRRRRR I hate this feeling
Im down 82 lbs in a little less than 6 months but still feel like I'm not doing it right or fast enough. I did get to the gym tonight for the first time and feel good. I know I will be sticking with that because this time it felt different. I didn't hate it, I actually enjoyed it. I'm getting lazy and lax and I know it, I just need to figure out how to kick start my ass again, doing and eating the right things.

SLACKER!
I have to admit I have been a slacker lately till yesterday I realized I am only 10 lbs away from half way and 2 weeks away from 6 months post surgery. It is time to get re-focused! My biggest problem I am finding now is getting in my protein and not grazing at work. I have joined Planet Fitness and need to get my arse there. I am going to post here more as well, using this as my way to keep myself accountable!
