My trek to lose weight using VSG surgery as one of the tools to help get me there. Some of it is hard to be open about & show everyone. I have long distance friends that want to follow along with me on my journey to get healthy and this will remind me of where I started when I feel like it's not worth it. Today is a first... I got all my meds AND supplements in today... That is 17 pills. When they made my tummy smaller they made the opening smaller too and now, taking a pill is a bitch lol
