Happpy St Patrick's Day

Today is my 2 month surgiversary and I am down 54 lbs. Lately it seems like it has been a struggle ever since I had my 6 week check up.  I am to only eat 3 meals a day no snacks. When I am at work Monday thru Friday my lunch is at 11:00, and I don't get home, dinner made and eat till after 6:00. That's a long time and I get a little hungry so I started eating a string cheese at 3:00. WELLLLLLLLLL I told my dietician this when I met with her and was told no snacks, drink a protien drink, I don't want that I want a string cheese, you can't have that you need to have a drink, I don't want a drink, drink a drink.... lol well you can see where this is going.  I am too stubborn for my own good and as a result I have found myself grazing instead of eating my 3 meals.  TODAY THIS IS GOING TO STOP! I am still very happy with my results so far, but I'm sure it could be better so I will go back to following the rules and hitting the gym.  Since this is my first rodeo doing this thing and they have helped hundreds if not thousands of people I will do as they say and not as I want to do :o)

In other news I went "shopping" in my closet and oh boy I have so much stuff I can wear now :o) YIPPEE!! ALSO I had a NSV aka Non Scale Victory, it's those things that change or you accomplish that don't involve a number on the scale.  Any way I can now wear my t-shirt just as they are, no stretching them when they are wet to make them bigger... I can wear them as they are. Can I get a WOO HOO?  WOO HOO!

Finally I have been asked a couple times lately what my goal is and honestly I don't know. I know I want to be healthy, I know I want to be active, I know I don't want to always be tired, but I have never been thin so I don't know what I want to actually weigh. I finally decided I'm far enough from what a goal will be that I have time to think about it. I can tell you that I have made my 1st goal of losing 20% of my excess weight in my first 2 months so YAY, now on to my next goal. I will work on figuring that out.
